Shipping
Our products are made when ordered. Due to the time variability of on-demand manufacturing, we do not guarantee shipping or arrival dates.
Manufacturing during the majority of the year takes between 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri) however can take more than a week during the heaviest shopping times of the year. Extreme circumstances such as covid-19 may delay order manufacturing and/or shipping by an additional week or more.
All manufacturing and shipping times mentioned are just estimates and will vary.
Some of our popular designs may be pre-printed and may ship out faster than less commonly ordered designs/style/color combinations.
Our estimated shipping delivery times are:
- USA: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 6-12 business days
- World: 10-20 business days
International Shipping
International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in every country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order Never Arrives
If your order never shows up, be sure to let us know.
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it would need to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at [email protected] making sure you quote your order number. We’ll let you know what we can do.
Returns
Damaged Items
If an order arrives damaged, then please send us a photo of the damaged item within seven days so that we can provide a replacement.
Wrong Size
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, please check that the size stated on the garment matches the size you ordered. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
Our garments are printed specifically for you and we don’t restock returns. If you ordered the wrong size, please consider gifting it to someone else, and reorder the size you need.
